This big bulding is located in the centre of Brussels and has some ugly and beautiful corners. So I made this series on a sunny day when the last snow was melting away. Advertisements
In Brussels, on the top of a hill, you can find the largest hardstone building. However, it is under renovation already for more than 20 years and still uinfinished. I think the Egypt piramids did take less time to build. I made this series of 10 pics.
Water from melting snow gave me a beautiful reflection of the South Tower in Brussels – taken from the Palais of Justice.
Location: Brussels city centre (It could be any other place on earth but to be complete I mention it here) Lens: 50mm f1.8 mkI (the only lens I took with me that day)
On a dark and rainy winterday I made a walk through Liège and captured some grey buildings. However, with my 50mm lens (with 1.6 crop) I was limited to details. The post processing revealed the hidden colors of the grey buildings.
yes, some post processing was needed.
With my Tri-pod, 50mm f1.8 MKI lens and a lot of metal (art installation) I made this series of 5 in square format.
