The difference: The shade is missing in one picture

They are taken at different times of the day—but they seem to have the same sky. Hmmm.

That’s why I thought they were taken at different times of the day—the one without shadows at noon, and the one with shadows earlier or later. Or maybe I don’t understand?

these pictures were taken few minutes after each other (open sky or a cloud covering the sky makes a huge difference in light) but I used some post-processing to add light into it so the appearance was more or less the same.
