Brussels – Biggest hardstone building with longest renovation ever

In Brussels, on the top of a hill, you can find the largest hardstone building. However, it is under renovation already for more than 20 years and still uinfinished. I think the Egypt piramids did take less time to build. I made this series of 10 pics.

  1. it took more than 30 years and 10,000 workers to build a pyramid. The number of stones used is estimated at 2,300,000.

The building you are showing (I lived in Brussels for more than 30 years … has not been renovated at all for 20 years, what you have seen is the restoration of some parts of the building …. not the whole restoration.
